SimpleClust is a manual spike clustering software for matlab.

The interface is designed for maximum speed when manually sorting large-ish datasets.
This software was initially written for internal use, and little time was spent testing it in different scenarios, or in making the code pretty.
If there is something you want to clean up, please submit a pull request on github.
Simpleclust is released under the GNU GPL.
