This source can receive data from any FPGA running Intan's "Rhythm" firmware. It is compatible with both the Open Ephys acquisition board and the Intan RHD2000 Evaluation board.
Each headstage that's connected to the hardware will generate 35 channels: 32 neural data channels, and 3 accelerometer channels. If your headstage only has a 16-channel connector, half the neural data channels will be empty. And if your headstage doesn't have an accelerometer, the 3 extra channels will be empty.
